Instructions for Apud Acta Designation

How to make the appointment apud acta online through the Electronic Court Office?

1. Access the Electronic Judicial Office on the Ministry of Justice website: sedejudicial.justicia.es.
2. In the menu, expand the “Procedures and Services” option and select “Powers of Attorney Apud Acta.”
3. On the right side, click the blue icon to start the process.
4. Identify yourself with your electronic ID, digital certificate, or Cl@ve PIN.
5. Select the “Principal” section and choose the “New” option.
6. Fill in the requested information and select the “For all types of procedures” option.
7. Under Power of Attorney Type, select “For certain types of procedures” and check all available boxes.
8. Next, select “General Power” and then “Special Power,” making sure to check all special powers.
9. Download the receipt in PDF format and email it to luis.alventosa@icav.es.
